Description

After I finished watching Sailor Moon R, I felt like drawing Black Lady because I wanted to draw a villain character for a change. She has a pretty cool design too. Also wanted to experiment with a different approach to drawing faces. 

Drew and painted the character in SketchBook and added the textures in Adobe Photoshop CS5.1
